SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES(IMPORTANT
Most items ship via UPS and arrive within a week of the shipment date. However, some of our items are custom made and may require 3-4 weeks for delivery. Also, some larger items are "Direct Shipped" to you by the manufacturers, so additional delivery time is required. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The shipping fees that are given to you at checkout may include handling charges that we add or that one of our suppliers adds.
Our standard carriers require a street address.
Items ordered together do not always arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.
For some products we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However an additional shipping charge usually will apply. If so, your order will be held until the shipping amount is calculated. We will then contact you for your approval before the order is placed or your credit card charged.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVER-SIZED ITEMS
Some heavy or over sized items require additional shipping costs. This amount is in addition to our standard shipping/handling charges.
Some large, heavy, or over-sized items require truck delivery. Delivery is available to the 48 contiguous United States only. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery, so please provide a phone number.
• The carrier may impose additional charges to take items off the truck or to move them beyond the curbside or may require that you provide the labor for this.
• Deliveries usually are made Monday-Friday during normal business hours, within a 4-hour window.
• Delivery agents are not equipped to dispose of packaging materials.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your product is not the one ordered or if it is defective or damaged you may return it to us within 30 days after receipt. Please note that some of our merchandise requires returns within 15 days and are subject to additional restrictions including a possible 20% restocking fee

to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a correct return address. Do not return to the address on the package.
We ship packages from several locations.
2. Except in the case of a product that was delivered in a defective or damaged condition, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in resale condition.
3. Except in the case of a product that was delivered in a defective or damaged condition or in a case where we filled the wrong order, original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for return shipping costs.
4. Ship back via parcel post, FedEx or UPS Ground.
Special Return Requirements For Certain Products: Some product descriptions state that there is a 15 day return privilege. In this case any returns of these products (including returns due to products that are delivered damaged or broken) must be made within 15 days after receipt of the product and must be in its original box. No returns of worn or self-damaged items are accepted. Products with a 15 day return privilege that are not damaged in transit returns for reasons other than our error are subject to 20% restocking charge. All other requirements of our return policies also must be met.
If a package arrives damaged, hold merchandise in its original packaging and notify UPS (or the freight carrier) immediately. Otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
UPS or the freight carrier will inspect the package and return it to us at no expense to you. Please notify us prior to returning any damaged merchandise.
ENGRAVED MERCHANDISE AND COSTUME RETURNS.
Unless we made a mistake in fulfilling your order engraved merchandise cannot be returned.
When purchasing costumes, remember to refer to our sizing information so that you can be sure to get the right size. Once you receive your package, please open it immediately, and try on your items. Any return must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving the package. Please email us at:
for an RA number and correct shipping address. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not give a refund or exchange on an article of clothing that has been worn, soiled, washed or damaged during use.
If the packaging is torn or missing, there will be a restocking fee of 15%. The items will be sent back to you if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
There are no warranties express or implied regarding our products excepts as expressly set forth above
. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. This in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any. After 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise, only manufacturers’ warranties, if any, apply
